They've always went out of their way to inform me on products that will suit what I'm looking for. The Pro shop have gear and packages for sale ranging from beginners to seasoned veterans so you'll never have to feel overwhelmed. If you know what you want, and are not sure if its in stock, give them a call and they'll be glad to help. Another big plus is that there is a facebook page you can join and you wont miss any deals on gear! If you are part of the Big Game Group page on facebook, before events you can request in stock items be brought to the outdoor field day of the event! That is hard to beat, and that reminds of the days when Payless shoes were everywhere and you didn't have to take out a payday loan just for running or athletic shoes. Very nice staff, and a shout out to August for helping me to decide and putting my shoes on for me, as I have a disability when it comes to bending. Nothing bad to say. I love the smell of new stuff. If I am to judge job satisfaction on the level of customer service and employee friendliness/availability, I'd have to say a job at this Big 5 must suck pretty bad. Since the sizing was mot consistent the whole search was bit frustrating for us, I could imagine her situation. But she handled it so well and finally we could get the right fit. Their collection is quite good. Ranges are different when it comes to soccer equipments, but glad that they had all things I wanted.
