The field was a little hard to find, and the only thing to indicate the field's presence was a small sandwich board with "ESPB" on it. The field itself is down a semi-maintained in which you have to walk about 1/4 a mile. The parking area is small only maybe 8 stalls. As they only seem to do private party's it was not a problem for us but if everyone drove it would have been a mess. Also you have to have a discovery pass which I already had but would have been an extra cost if I did already have one. Once things got rolling, it went quite smoothly. Our private party ref was pleasant and courteous, albeit a little conceited when it came to his own paintball prowess; and he was not bashful about telling us about it either. We played on 3 of the available fields, the speedball field, the "main" field and one unnamed narrow field. The speedball field spans a pretty steep downhill slope, so most of the game occurs at the top of the hill. The area is pretty clear of debris, and has numerous plywood/palette barricades for cover. I initially had my doubts about this field, but admit that it was probably the most fun of the three. The "main" field was a classic woods ball; the field was pretty clear and open, with numerous trees. We spent most of our time on this field as many in the group were new. The unnamed side field was of decent quality but obviously not as used and had fairly dense brush along one side - good for some classic low-crawling and flanking action. The environment of ESPB is conducive for newbies as the staff seemed very concerned about making sure renters knew how to operate their weapons. Definitely not the worst field I've ever played at but it has a way to go; the primary issue being the parking. If this is your first paintball experience this is a good location but you might consider going somewhere else carpolling as the parking area is very small. The play fields themselves are in pretty good shape, and are fun. The prices are fairly competitive, with a rental of $25 for an hour. read more

Fantastic Paintball field. Loved my experience at this location as the people staff took good care of my group and myself. Had to get a discovery pass to park in there tiny parking lot. I wished there was more emphasis on how few spots there where to park in that when I talked with them on the phone. In there defense they did say something about it but I did not realize how much them meant it. The fields where heavily wooded and well maintained. I did not see a man made bunker but that was fine as the trees where fully formed and plenty big to hide behind. the walk to the field was long but once we got there the play was fast and consistent. The referee was like a good waiter. he helped and got the group moving as we all where taking our time between games. Overall I gave it a 5 star rating because we had fun, it was close, ans the ref was very good. Definitely coming back in the future read more

We went with five guys and had a great experience. I've done a ton of airsofting so I know how games can go well or poorly. They took us to a great playing field; not too big not too small. A lot of stumps trees and logs for a good cover but not a ton of brush in the main areas which was perfect. The field provided a lot of different game options including a solid king of the hill match. Our ref, Jim, was really friendly and did a great job suggesting games, cycling through different types of games and providing support during the games. Even if you've never gone paint balling before, which a couple of us hadn't, you'd still have a great time. It wasn't intimidating at all. Highly recommend! read more

Went there on the groupon special for my sons birthday. We had a blast, the kids couldn't stop talking on the 1 hour ride back home. Austin and Andy kept things moving fast and we were satisfied with our hour of paintball. We went everything was very well explained and very well run. We went through about 200 paintballs per kid in a hour and probably 100 with the dads that played. One suggestion, would be great to have ribbons on the masks or colored pennies for the different teams. There were a lot of friendly fire incidents because we couldn't tell who was on which team. read more

My 12-year old son and his friends LOVED paintballing in the woods with Eastside Paintball. Jim was awesome, and did a great job keeping things organized and flowing, without rushing us. We got lucky with a beautiful day in February, which made it all the more better. The location is really cool, and I totally recommend this activity for a boys birthday party. Live in woodinvlle and this paintball field is the closest place to play around me. Long walk in the woods to get to the playing field but defintly worth the walk . Loved playing the different games and the different courses to play on. Deffintly coming back. read more
