This shop is my new favorite shop in town. I generally go to the Halls location and Leo is adorable and very well behaved and the staff is nice and knowledgeable. They will help with any questions you have and their house juice is amazing. (I'm vaping on some Monkey Vapors' Cinnamon Toast Crunch right now). Their prices are unbeatable and they carry two of my favorite lines of juice: Candy King and Fuggin Vapors. Great shop and a great selection. DEFINITE recommend and revisit. read more

The young guy who works in the evenings, when I have time to actually visit the shop, is the most helpful in all the vape shops I've been in, and I've been to all of them. However, the rest of the staff are unpleasant, rude, and unwilling to help with the smallest of questions. They only have house juice, and it's all pretty terrible. There's no customer service at this location. I order my juice every month and have to reorder about four times before getting it. There's a different excuse every time. Seriously, I am not a complainer, I'm not. I ordered juice two weeks ago and still haven't received my order yet. Claims they were out of a chemical first, then, they didn't receive the order, and today they have closed the store permanently and moved to cedar bluff and don't remember the damn order. The best service I ever got was Clinton Hwy or Hall's, I will go to them or another store all together. Used to they would be on it quickly, I don't know what happened. This has been getting worse for two years and I would have liked a heads up a month ago that they were going to move. Absolutely the worst vapor shop ever. I have waited for my order over a month and this is truly unprofessional, poor service. read more

I USED to absolutely love this shop, but things have changed recently. The owner was always friendly and very helpful, the prices are great and the monkeys are always fun to watch. BUT NOW, that blonde girl is basically running the store by herself and she is always very rude and snotty. I'm a regular at this shop and she just kills the whole experience. When she isn't the only one working, she at least attempts to fake good customer service, but when it's just her, she treats customers like she doesn't need them. I've heard the same complaint from several others that I know, and I think the owner needs to step up, make a better business decision and either check her attitude, or kick her to the curb because her stank attitude is going to kill the business! Like I said, love this shop, but that's enough to drive away good customers. Sorry guys. read more

I second everything Jess K. said. Worst customer service I have EVER seen. Non-existent customer service really. With the exception of the young red haired boy who usually wears a toboggan or beanie of some sort, late teens or early 20s, not very tall, thin, he's amazing : helpful, friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, he's goes out of his way to help, cares about the customers, and he's incidentally unrelated to the owners who are the reason for the negative review. I was literally shocked my first time in as a new customer and it's the same everytime I've been in since, given the owners are there. The couple who owns it, along with their daughter who often works there, are rude, unwelcoming, unfriendly, & unhelpful. Very unprofessional. From the moment you walk in the store you're ignored, and you actually have to raise your voice over their loud & constant personal banter, and demand their attention in order to get them to help you or even acknowledge you. And even then they're rude to your face. Horrible. read more
