I had hoped to provide a good review for Josh but my experience with him has been more than a…read morenightmare. I had him and his guys work on my roof, soffits, porch, and bathroom. They were on the site for 5 months. Areas of my house such as my roof and soffits on the porch were left open to all elements for weeks. Birds started nesting. Ashes from the fire and and rain landed on everything I had in my garage. The bathroom was never finished and the tiles are crocked. He performed plumbing (charged me as if he was) and has no plumbing license. The cuts on the soffits are croocked. The roof has dips and is compromised. I have an open lawsuit with him and my attorney has tried to serve him 5 times and he hides like a coward. He argued with the Oregon mediator stating his work is beyond excellent. If that is the case why not be served and show the excellence of your work in court??? If he's doing work for you, I'm sorry you are going through what I'm going through. Contact the Oregon board of construction. Reach out to me if you want to see all the issues we are having and the "quality" work he did. I haven't touched anything since I told him to leave. Now I'm thousands in debt without a certificate for the roof, a working bathroom, and a porch with tarp. Has been in this state since October 2020.

We had planned to convert a 1/2 bath & laundry room into a full bath. Instead, Ed suggested we keep the 1/2 bath because he knew the laundry room was enough space. We had 3 other contractors come and take a look, NO ONE ELSE MADE THAT SUGGESTION. He was also very reasonably priced. It was a no brainer to go with him. Ed & his team worked quickly and efficiently. They were great with communication and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Ed is very honest and will immediately tell you if an update is a waste of money. I really appreciated that! For example, I wanted to extend my living room. While it would have given me more space, Ed told me because of the neighborhood, my home value wouldn't increase that much. He took care of all inspections and permits. He made the process very stress free. I have a few other projects in mind and can't wait to work with Ed and his team again.

They made an oversize bid for work that did not need to be done to jack up the price, and my insurance allowed the fees, but they cut corners everywhere they could and did not do the work that was needed. I had to call them out on it so many times it became a daily review of the work to make sure it wasn't shoddy. they abandoned the job for a full month and after many attempts to reach the foreman, I called the owner to complain. They stated they were waiting on tiles, but I still didn't have walls in my kitchen and the drywall was ready to go. My kitchen floor sags and the marmoleum is cut all over in weird places. the trim is falling off. there are many patches left where they didn't paint the walls. I am constantly scraping caulking off of walls and trim where it wasn't cleaned up. there is no insulation in the outside walls. they didn't reattach doors. they just left one day. I don't speak Russian by my phone can translate and some of the workers were quite cruel about my disability and my gender identity, as well as racist towards other people. -000/10 do not recommend.
