The house itself is very nice, compared to other housing options I looked at in the area, Lineman Life Properties offers the best stay, a game room, full appliances, laundry, televisions and internet for each room. There is also a barbecue in the front yard where we had plenty of weekend barbecues on the sunny days of course. It's two roommates per "house" and each has their own bedroom with a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. My stay here almost felt like I was home, it did not feel like I was staying away at college. Comfortable, and capable for having friends over to study. I am more than glad with my stay here and recommend it to everyone attending NLC in California.

We built lasting bonds and I see myself being friends with my roommates for the rest of my life. Scott came over when we needed tutoring and advised us. Caroline was very understanding and invited to spend 4th of July with her family and her. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with stunning sunrise views. It's very close to campus, takes about 5 minutes to get to school. Close to grocery stores and about 20 minutes from Chico. The home is spotless and has bi-weekly cleaning lady. She does an amazing job just don't leave to much of a mess try to make her life easier. She does a lot already. House feels like a home. The beds are cozy, the living area is perfect. The guys and me truly enjoyed BBQ outside and chilling on the turf. Will definitely have a memorable experience here and create great memories. Thank you once again Scott and Caroline truly enjoyed my stay and will be taking home memories that'll last a lifetime.

Apartments are not up to code with the majority of its units with black…read moremold or issues that are never fixed such as leaks, a lot of units don't have heaters or air conditioners.. Most units are red tagged by City Code Enforcement and have been sitting with nothing fixed.. Some units for over a year or more. There is infestation of cockroaches and violence in plain view all hours of the day, drugs and needles everywhere. No playground or anything for children. Tennis court is dirty and I personally have found drug paraphernalia in plain sight where children could grab it. I have lived here a few years and been shuffled around to 3 different units because they are lazy and do not want to spend money to have complex fixed up. Management is unstable they change managers almost every couple months.. I have been here through 8 different managers this place is so unprofessional.. Matinence workers not trustworthy.. Since I've been here there has been a total of 10 different guys some on ankle monitors for parole or known drug users.. Not someone I would like coming into my home to make repairs around my children.. Safety is a big concern with shootings and stabbings occurring all the time.. Domestic disputes and traffic all hours of the night.. Worst place ever looking to move.. I was served eviction notice for non payment and I have my bathroom wall falling apart as well as window in my room..

My kids are sick from the rat piss and shit from upstairs, when I turn on my AC it smells like chemicals and another tbing. My husband and I have been hospitalized numerous times for spider bites! They spray random apartments here and never listen to you work order or request orders. They told me I had to pay for my own pest control!. This place is the worst. I would give 0 stars if it would let me. Do not move here, do not bring your family and do not BRING YOUR CHILDREN here. They will get sick. My babies have to have breathing treatments for this mold.

I don't know if this review will be seen or not, but here it is. I lived at Boulder Creek Apts for…read morethree years. Never late on the rent. I was walking to my apartment from the parking area. I walked across a grass lawn area and fell into a whole about 12" in diameter and 16" deep. I did not see it because the grass had grown over it appearing as though it was level lawn. After falling to the grown, a neighbor in front of that complex came out and said her nephew had fallen in the same whole, tearing ligaments. I got up to walk to my apartment, but felt quite a bit of pain in my foot. After a couple hours, with the pain increasing I went to the emergency room at the hospital. They x-rayed my foot and concluded it was broken/ I received a boot cast on my leg and went home. After about four weeks in the boot cast, I developed severe pain in my hip. I then seen this wasn't a casual accident and would require long tern care. I returned to the hospital and they gave me crutches and sent me home. I then notified the management and explained what happened. That was the last I heard from them. I contacted an attorney to investigate the case, since I would need long term care and treatment. In the mean time, the management had their maintenance guy fill the hole up. They told my attorney that there never was a hole and I did not contact them for weeks after it happened. I am not a liar or fabricator of the truth. It came down to my word against theirs. I am so angry that they were calling me an outright liar. I was on crutches for a year. I still need physical therapy and am in pain every day. If you apply there for an apartment beware several things. There is only one parking space per unit. Any other guests or cars have to park at at the road. Even if you don't receive subsidized housing assistance, they come out and inspect your apartment, looking through all the cupboards in the kitchen and bathroom. Turn your kitchen stove on. So intrusive and not always on the date stated on the notice given ahead of time. Read your lease carefully.
