Her gray blending technique is done with expertise and leaves you looking, most importantly arguably, natural. She's a hard working, diligent who brings a lot to the table, and her fees are very competitive too. im a modern young thinking guy and i leave her establishment 15 years younger in appearance with renewed confidence. her establishment is very welcoming while not being overwhelming. you're not paying for some huge uneccessary overhead for her business, just a great cut. Please DO NOT book "Real C"--she took my son's luscious, thick curls down in 60 seconds to a shave head with no style, despite us being clear that we wanted a mid-taper fade! There was no mis-understanding on our part as we showed her in person what Cesar (the other Barber) just did on one of his clients who was still in the salon with his fresh cut! I even suggested, with my son's hair, it must be wet/sprayed and to keep bangs above eyebrows! She took the buzzer and went to town & spent the next 30-40 minutes just trying to figure out how to clean the cut. My son had to lie that the cut was "ok"---it absolutely was not! I did not pay for the hair cut! Who would! Real C is awful! This experience took away the integrity of his hair and his confidence! In the last 2 photos, I went home and fixed it the best I could (with no barber school credential)! There should be a ZERO star rating!

The staff asked me to state my tip amount out loud in front of a crowded salon. Even though I always tip 20%, being pressured publicly like that felt like I was being bullied into tipping more or made me question if I do enough - either way it was a negative experience. It's unprofessional to put clients on the spot this way. Between this and the 3% convenience fee for using a card, it feels like this salon cares more about squeezing every penny out of you than the actual client experience.

I arrived and was told to take a seat and someone would come talk to me. Apparently I was late for my appointment, but thought I was early as I had the wrong time electronically in my calendar. But I was unaware that there was a problem. The front desk people were cold to the point of rudeness. The only thing I emphasized to the stylist is that my hair needed to still be long enough to put it in a ponytail. Long story short, the next day after washing it, it is not..it will take 2-3 month to grow out. I called hoping to talk to a manger. Again the front desk person was pretty rude. Would tell me she couldn't understand me because I was muffled, so id raise my volume and she said she wouldn't talk to me because I was shouting. This went back and forth several times. Finally she said she'd give me an email address. I was driving and couldn't write it down. Told her I had no paper or pen..she finally agreed to give the manager a message. Long story shortish, never got an apology for my frustrations. The only thing offered was a no added cost cut to "fix" it. Oy, cutting off more is not the problem. So sadly, after years of good service. I will never go back because of the poor front desk staff and that the manager also has a communication style I personally find triggering and not at all conflict soothing.
