new machines and very clean. The only complaint is the cost and you have to use quarter. They have an app you can use instead of quarters.

They do not offer 24hour service even tho their website says they do. don't waste your time probably should change their advertising

Best to do laundry here at night. Being the only 24 hour laundromat in Monroe, it's my only option. Always super dirty floors and machines, as well as the bathroom being disgusting. The ratio of working machines to non-working machines is awful, which is also a perk of going late at night. Some of the customers bring their animals in, which can be a little frustrating to some, but considering there is no sign saying animals not allowed, it's alright. The owner is extremely rude, bombarding me with questions on if I was a customer and why I was using his quarter machine. Considering he's only at the laundromat for a couple hours a day; AND there is no sign on the coin machine saying that it's for customers only, I see no reason as to why I couldn't use it, when I was merely getting my change for later in the day. Here are the positives, as pointed out by Scott P: There is a nice open design with plenty of washers and dryers. They offer a $1 wash on the double loads Monday-Friday, and there are also plenty of other options with larger, stainless steel washers. It is located in the strip mall and is open 24/7. Here are the negatives, as pointed out by me: It's dirty, although I have never seen a clean laundry mat and I would let it slide if the bathrooms were kept clean. I took a picture of the bathroom, but you know how cameras never show all the dirt. There is an empty vending machine that gives the place a little bit of a creepy abandoned vibe. There are three doors, which would be nice when it's busy, but two are always kept locked. You can wash your clothes here cheap but there is nothing special about the Coin Laundry in the strip mall. read more

This place is a mess. Warning dont come here if you plan to do a quick wash and dry because half of their dryers are out of order and the others are a hit and miss with drying. I came here because my home dryer was on the fritz but it's a waste of money coming here. I put $1.00 into 2 different dryers and garments were still wet. If I wanted half dried clothes I would have used my broken dryer at home. In addition to that there is no attendants on duty so if you have a problem your on your own. Good luck if you choose to wash clothes here. read more

For as big as the laundrymat is...there aren't enough chairs to sit in, inadequate number of laundry carts for as many washers/dryers there are, and the bathroom was gross. read more
