They were able to clean my down properly, came back without the stains, fluffed and smelling nice. Pricing was fair considering prices overall now with inflation. Service was great because they got the stains out and they did NOT dry clean the down. Thank you for being a miracle worker and saving my jacket. I will come back again.

I thought this was a reputable place since I have taken clothes there and have been pleased. Last year it was a little over a hundred. I thought that was much but they told me up front and I paid for it. They call me less than 7 days before the prom with an outrageous price of nearly $500 for a hemming. I am very disappointed. I will definitely have to take my services elsewhere. We gave them plenty of time to do the dress. It has not been touched and with less than a week when I need it you call me....please!! I told them I was picking it up on the 15th anyway. Cleaning you can go here but not for anything else. Hence the one star.
