After waiting 20 minutes to speak to someone, the representative was very polite and didn't seem surprised. I had already tagged the items that were missing through the Walmart + account but she wasn't able to pull that up with the order number so I had to tell her each item again. I was put on hold for about 19 minutes and referred to someone else who asked me for the order number again. I asked her if she could review the information I gave the previous person. Nope... can't pull it up. I gave her each item for the third time. She was nice but apathetic. I can't imagine what it's like to hear these complaints every day. I tried to call the store to talk to someone about the employee that prepared the order but it just rang with no response. An hour and a half of aggravation for this "convenience" of delivery. The refund posted eventually.

This store is a bit cluttered (what dollar store isn't?!?) but its nonetheless clean (many dollar…read morestores are not). The staff is very friendly and the prices / selection are good. A good place to shop for basic household necessities, especially cleaning supplies, pet food and over the counter meds - which are always overpriced at supermarkets.
