The outcome was fabulous! Not only was it returned beautifully, but they had carefully pressed it using the special tool that is inserted between layers to avoid crushing the tie flat. Many other cleaners don't have the special tool or this skill. Really appreciate the care and dedication demonstrated by the manager of this location to ensure that it was done perfectly.

When I got home, I inspected the coats and was very happy with the results including the hangers they were on. The fellow did promise me he wouldn't wear them if I didn't pick them up on Monday which told me he had a sense of humor since I'm probably 10 sizes larger then him. Lol I'll be going back the next time I have the need for dry cleaning.

When I brought it to their attention, they gave me a refund but have since put on a "no service" list because I dared to complain. I was willing to give them a second chance but I am glad not to ever have to set foot in this place again. No customer service skills!! Always thought the customer is always right. I guess not for this business if you want to call it that!
