Nancy is who you usually will get when you call in for a appointment and her smile is usually what greets you when you walk in the office door. Nancy I consider a close friend after all these years. When I call in Nancy can just tell by the tone in my voice if my appointment is one that is needed that day or if it's just a "check in" type of visit. If it's one of those " need to see Dr. Webb" asap she gets me in by working her magic!!!!!! She really is so personable and makes you feel like you are in a "safe, nonjudgmental place". Thank you Nancy for being strong for me when I'm too weak, for being my voice for help when I can't ask for it myself and thank you for going way beyond your job for me. Dr. Webb, thank you for still sticking with me after 18 years, for being patient with me while we've tried many different types of medication and still continue to seek out the "right treatment". Once that happened, and with Jess's encouragement, I was able to be totally and completely honest because I knew I was working with an experienced and non-judgmental provider. I consider Jess to be more of a "teacher" as she provided me with the insights and tools I needed to change old patterns and behaviors that were holding me back from the person I wanted to be. It took work on my part, but I now feel empowered to speak up and live a life I never thought possible. I don't understand some of the negative comments that were posted about this practice. I have not had any issues with staff or payment.

Willamette Sky took it upon themselves to start canceling my appointments with counselor before I could get the issue resolved. When I found out I called them to resolve the issue and gave me them my debit card. The admin person said everything was okay. I show up to my next scheduled appointment to find the accountant had cancelled all my appointments. That day ended up costing a lot more than the hours of work lost. Seems like the priory is money over therapy here so I recommend seeking Therapy somewhere else. The only reason I gave two stars is because I actually liked the counselor.

To be frank, although I love unique…read more& quirky people, I am not used to interacting with doctors who are quirky, and I was a bit nervous in the beginning. He tells a lot of long-winded stories & anecdotes. One must concentrate, be assertive to interrupt for questions, & be willing to follow him along the journey. LOL However, he is the only individual in Eugene to treat my frozen shoulder from an "outside-the-box" way of thinking, & quite bluntly, I believe the man to be a bit of a genius. I had struggled with frozen shoulder since March 2020. I didn't meet Dr. Etges until November later that year, so I struggled in EXTREME pain for 9 months! A visit to Slocum was defeating--detached attitude from dr., "told that it will eventually go away in 2 years, "and given a steroid shot which didn't help at all. Dr. Etges gave me 2 prolotherapy cocktail shots a month apart (a special mix which he can explain), and made suggestions to my PT for specific stretches. One month later, I had regained 90% of my shoulder movement and now Feb, 2021, I am at full recovery. A friend who is doing PT alone for frozen shoulder is still in a great amount of pain. I am convinced that Dr. Etges' prolotherapy cocktails sped up my recovery in a remarkable way. It is still very important to do PT, but if you suffer from frozen shoulder, it is worth exploring his specific kind of prolotherapy mix.
