Came here to buy some beer. Noticed the bottles were a bit dusty so I checked the "drink before" date and they were nine months past. I thought maybe it was just the one six pack, so I inspected a few more that had dates and they were all three months or more past their dates. Not all beer can sit on the shelf without losing flavor or becoming nasty, so this isn't acceptable. Who knows how long the ones without dates had been sitting on the shelf. read more

I stumbled upon this liquor store on Veterans Day. I walked in and noticed the large variety of liquor and good selection of craft beer. Andy, the owner, introduced himself and was very friendly and offered excellent customer service. I'm a bourbon guy so I was really impressed with their selection. Owners are nice guys. Liquor selection is pretty big. Bad thing is I'm a craft beer drinker. I've bought mix a sixes here on a few different occasions and about 80% of them were way past date. This is easy to determine due to the beer often gushing out of the bottle or can upon opening. Happened with several mix a six packs. I tried a six pack of Ballast Point Dorado recently to give them a final chance and it did the exact same thing. The two liters are also stale. Once I came in here to return some of the craft beer bottles I had purchased merely to get them out of my house and the employee who took them back was extremely rude and borderline confrontational. THIS PLACE SUCKS!! This place has new owners and is going downhill fast. They will not take bottle returns unless you spend the $$$ in the store. There is an older blondish/red haired woman that still works in there from previously and everytime you go in the store she acts like you are inconveniencing her or something. She is very condescending. Can't believe they let her keep her job. My advice is forget about this place. There are way more liquor stores with better prices, friendlier staff and don't extort you to spend your bottle return $$$ in their store. read more
