He's honest, responsible, diligent, patient, verbally clear, nice, and finds the means to get the job done that fits your needs and your budget. He set up a brand new complete computer system for me after my old one died of old age (hard drive failure). I make videos about medieval manuscripts, and my wife does highly treated art photography, and he set us up with a magnificent system that I could afford on my schoolteacher's salary. It was pretty specialized stuff, and he got us better equipment than we knew how to ask for. He also helped me get Ipad Airs functioning with a wireless printer for my elderly parents, got their cable TV working properly -- basically, anything that runs on ware hard or soft, Mike will make it work again. His rates are reasonable, and more than worth it. It's hard to find a good tech: but not if you call Mike Gallagher.
