After the install, we had leaks going into my son's room. They said it was due to clogged drains and recommended a costly repair. They refused to keep looking for the cause of the leaks because they were sure I needed to install new drains. I had to hire a leak detection be done and found the fascia board jutting into my bathroom wall pass the stud. I went with this company because Jeffrey said if anything goes wrong, he would make it right. That was not the case. I am now asking for his liability insurance to cover the damages they have refused to pay.
