My best friend and I spent the holidays traveling around Europe for two weeks and Tenerife was our last stop before heading back home. We had a long tour the day we came here so afterwords were both craving some tacos. We swung by our hotel to get some food recommendations and this is the restaurant they all seemed to suggest. Now I'm not sure if they suggested it because they actually liked it or if its because tacos aren't that popular on the island. It was pretty easy to find the place however it took awhile to get a seat because the servers were just walking right past us without any acknowledgement. When we were seated we were presented with the menus and immediately got excited for all the tacos options. We both ordered the soft tacos, my friend got the chicken and I chose to get the beef. It stated that the beef came with chili so I asked if it was possible to get it without it. The waitress said "of course" and we waited patiently for our meal. After about 20 minutes we were presented with hard shell tacos. We notified the server that delivered them that we had asked the waitress for soft-shell. He apologized and said it would be fixed. After about another 20 minutes they brought out the soft-shall tacos however my beef had chili in it. Once again we had to flag down a server to let them know. The server got very irritated, grabbed my plate and stormed off. Out came the chef next who notified us he spoke very little english. That was fine as I speak a little bit of Spanish and through communication was able to explain to him what happened. He notified me that the chili is already pre made with the beef (clearly its not made fresh) and that it can't be separated. I told him I wish I was made aware of it in the beginning and proceeded to then change my order to chicken. The chicken tacos came out and they had minced chicken in some sort of tomato paste. The menu stated the tacos come with cheese and sour cream however apparently they were out of both. Also the salsa and guacamole that they served with it was only enough for one taco, not the six that it comes with. Overall awful experience and I highly recommend you to eat elsewhere! read more

Disappointing restaurant when it comes to the food. Do not come here for the tacos for sure. Was recommended to us by our hotel, and I wish we searched for a different place to eat ourselves. For 14 euros you can get 6 tacos with beef chilli or chicken. The chicken is what I got and it was unsatisfying. It was cooked in some tomato paste making it super sweet and tangy. You get shredded chicken so it's probably not fresh. The menu states it comes with sour cream and cheese but there was no cheese and according to the manager they don't have sour cream in their restaurant. Then why is it on the menu??? They kept messing up our order so after so many mix ups, we gave up and tried to eat what they served us because we didn't want to come off as difficult. I wish we just went elsewhere after the first mix up and saw how disgusting the food looked. There are better food places in the canary island, don't waste your time here, especially if you are a tourist visiting. read more
