They showed respect timeliness and got me to reach my goals! Nursing staff treated me very good! I would rate them higher but the food was good but not great. Every therapist I've had has been knowledgeable and cooperative. They've all helped me attain strength and greater range of motion. Everyone also took great care of my dad, and he was able to stay out of a nursing home, thanks in part to the therapy he received at In Motion. I'm very grateful to all of them for the care we've received. There is one person though, that does not take very good care of customers. Her name is Donna and I believe she's responsible for scheduling and greeting patients. Several times I've seen her on her phone, while I was standing at the desk, waiting to check in. She's called me to schedule my appointments and she's just curt. She's rude and for some strange reason, it's like she's angry with me. That I know of, I've never done anything to her. I've worked in the customer service field for 30+ years. Her demeanor is, hands down, some of the worst I've ever encountered. I hope she'll find a way to communicate with customers that isn't so angry. I actually feel sorry for her. As I've said though, everyone else there is awesome. I won't let Donna's attitude dissuade me from finishing my therapy, or from saying great things about everyone else there.
