I gifted the necklace to my sister-in-law, who wore it for a total of two hours (in my presence) during which time a link broke. Upon my request to have it replaced, the owners refused and said it was in "perfect condition" when I bought it. I took it to our reputable Panowicz's Jeweler and found out it was made of a flimsy "base" metal. To replace with a quality link was $45. It would have cost Whispering Pines $60 to replace the water pearl strand-portion of the necklace. I cannot believe they could not afford to back their product!
