The room and floors were extremely cold and there were no rugs or runners to warm it. The heater/thermostat was not visible. The information binder did tell us where to find it at the floor behind the bed! We pulled the bed out, crawled on the floor and turned the baseboard on! There are too many things to list that justifies our 2 star rating. Here are a few: - The bed we slept on sunk to the middle, the bathroom door swung into the bathroom making it very tight to close once in. -The floors were dusty/dirty with human hair visible and clearly not cleaned with an eye to detail. -the shower was filthy and moldy. -the finish work on the construction was substandard. -the TV cord was pulled tight at 45 degree across the wall with a flashing electrical splitter. -No room darkening curtains w/ lights right outside the windows If there was no other room in the area, i think we would have been better served to keep driving!

Our room looked like it was the repository for furniture they couldn't bear to part with or else already had out in the parking lot with a FREE sign on it and no one would take it. Haviing no light over the sink in the bathroom was probably for the best, since there was a thick layer of gross gunk on the door to the cabinet under the sink -- which had mold inside it -- and it's *hard* to get mold in Montana... I could have stood all the little grossnesses had the room been $25, but for $52 -- forget it. That's just greed - it would cost a total of $50 for them to go buy some little throw rugs at WalMart to at least create a less gross impression when one walks in. Or not.
