I took the shirts back and they tried again, but they were still there. I saw another customer's shirt hanging and it had the same nasty ridges. They said it was normal from their machine. Dropped it off Thursday, was told come back Tuesday. My husband went on Tuesday and she said she forgot about the dress come back at 5:30pm. Went to pick dress up and I noticed crooked cuts but didn't look further into it. She told me she was gonna charge $70 but charged me $50, she also told me she was sorry for forgetting about the dress. So it was a rushed job. Took dress home And I was appalled when my daughter put the dress on and all the hemming mistakes shown very clearly. This was a $175 dress that I got for sale at Macy's for $78. But still $78 is $78 .. doesn't mean I should accept a crappy job. It's so bad I almost want to cry. My daughter has to go to a fancy party with the hem all messed up. I will post a video and pictures showing why I'm so angry. I wish I never took my daughter's dress to Village 7 Cleaners. Her party is this Wednesday so I have no choice but to have her wear this and not get it fixed. I'm So Mad It won't let me post a video. The video is way worse. So the beige material in the inside was the same length as the lace. The mesh on the outside was like 5 inches longer than the two inner layers .. the lace and beige material when I bought it. I told the lady cut 2 inches off the lace and beige material and 3inches off the mesh. As you can see it's a hot mess. Wish I could show the video .. it shows more. I'm sooooooo mad. It's so crooked and one part she messed up completely the mesh is way higher the the lace and material. The lace is even higher than the material. Ahhhhh !!! I'm so mad. Wish I took a video of before huh ... live and learn. I want to get my money back. Why should I have to pay for this crappy job???

The team carefully assessed the oversized cushions, special ordered the zippers, and gave me a realistic timeline of over a week for the repairs. To my surprise, they finished everything ahead of schedule--and the cushions looked brand new! I was so relieved and grateful.
