We often comment that children from Nonotuck seem to have an easier time sharing and navigating conflict with other children. The teachers and staff are warm and very caring. The school treats staff well, and so they stay on for years. My son still sees a teacher he had as an infant on a regular basis. The staff and program focus on what's best for the kids, and ask for a level of engagement from parents that may be greater than a regular daycare or preschool. Nothing is mandatory, but it does encourage a level of interaction that has truly bred a nice community. I'm so happy we found eBridge and can be a part of this special place.
