Montgomery Martial Arts is such a special place, not only with the skill developing in learning martial arts, but also the family atmosphere. Everybody is so friendly, the classes are very informative, a great workout, and fun. The kids classes are high energy and fun as well, while being structured, teaching discipline, and self defense. If you're interested in martial arts, I would highly recommend giving them a try! read more

The absolute best place to train. Jiu Jitsu and Krav Maga is the best combination that martial arts can offer. This place has them both. Great atmosphere with absolute phenomenal coaches for kids and adults. It's a Family Friendly place that offers so much more than getting in shape and learning. Come join the fun. read more

Awesome school! Instructors have great attitudes and Bill is an awesome guy for allowing me to the share the mats with him and his students. I am immensely pleased with this excellent program! I started bringing my kindergartner after a series of encounters with bullies at school. The program imbued confidence, practical tactics, muscle memory, and measured responsiveness. Bullies ceased to be an issue (i.e. confidence). Last weekend, I watched him instinctively (i.e. muscle memory) throw up his forearm (i.e. practical tactic) to block his brother's temper tantrum haymaker, then scoot back and assume a guard stance (i.e. measured responsiveness). read more

Established in 2014.

Montgomery Martial Arts opened March 31, 2017 and has quickly risen to become the largest martial arts academy in the tri-county area. We have been able to accomplish this by pushing our students to achieve their goals. We take pride in helping you become the best version of you possible.

Meet the Business Owner: Bill B.

Bill B. is the owner, lead instructor, and patriarch of Montgomery Martial Arts. After years training and coaching MMA amateur and professional fighters, he walked away from the top MMA school in the tri-county to open up a family based martial arts academy. He is passionate about empowering kids and adults, not just to become good fighters, but to be good at being human beings. Bill is a black belt in Krav Maga and a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and has over a decade in mixed martial arts. He was a former Army Airborne Infantryman and still trains tactical weapons with a former Triple Canopy instructor. Qualifications aside, what excites him the most is watching lives being transformed and leaders rising up.

The rentals are fairly reasonably priced (~$15/hr) but you can also bring your own and just pay the usage fee (~$6). We rented our paddleboards for $15/hr and went right for it. They also have life vests available to borrow if you need. Kayaks were also available for rental as well as diving gear etc. This is a well run, organized and very pretty diving area, would definitely recommend for an outdoor adventure!

Pool Liner install Nightmare…read more Paid to have a new liner installed. Let the nightmare begin. 6 weeks after paying half up front. Nick attempted to install the new liner. After removing the old liner and attempting to patch a couple of cracks where ground water was leaking in, he walked off the job being he didn't measure correctly the size of the pool. Hence liner didn't fit. After about 45 minutes of trying to install the liner, he said it didn't fit. He left the new liner hanging and walked away. The ground water leak wasn't fixed. Never in my life have I seen a contractor just up and quit in the middle of a job. Now we are stuck with winter coming and a pool that is messed up. Ground water filling up under the unfitted liner. Nick did however curse and kick the liner, this had to effect on making the liner fit the pool. He did give a full refund.
