If I could give 0 stars that would be too many!! Avoid this guy like the plague! Complete rip-off…read more I bring my tractor to him correct the issue I've been having. I explain all the maintenance I've done and tell him I replaced the battery. I even email a video to show exactly what is happening before the tractor shuts off. I get a call a few days later saying "unfortunately I can't find anything wrong with your tractor." I'm told "we let the tractor run for hours and it never shut off." Wonderful; that's because it only shuts off when you mow not when you let it idle. So he says we will take it out back and mow with it. Second call I get is basically the same. They cannot duplicate the issue. Come get your tractor. I left the tractor there for about 2 weeks and stopped in. I let them know I can't drive the tractor home because of all the road/sidewalk work in front of his building. He agrees and says a Saturday is best. 2 Saturday's go by and I get a nasty voicemail regarding the tractor. "Can you at least pay your bill if you aren't going to come back for your tractor. I know you rode it here, I'd you're scared to drive it home we can deliver it for an extra charge!" Extra charge struck a nerve and I called there immediately. What exactly am I paying for if you cannot find a thing wrong with my tractor. I call up and ask that exact question. I get a nasty, cranky (Gary/owner) on the other end telling me he has to eat too and he spent hours on my machine and put in a new battery. That's news to me because not once was I told my tractor needed a battery. How could it if I had replaced less than a year ago. I ask for my old battery back so I can return it to the store and I'm told they sent it back for a core. After bickering back and forth on the phone with Gary I decide to drive down. I'm beyond aggravated that I now have to spend $144 for nothing basically. A few words were said back and forth between Gary and I and he tells me he doesn't like my attitude. Perfect, I don't like yours either. Nor do I like paying for NOTHING!! I hand over my credit card and he tells me he won't accept it. He wants cash only! Anything to continue adding fuel to the fire and to continue showing your true colors. I leave and go home to get the cash. Apparently he called the cops on me after I left. I'm guessing he wanted them there for my return but I didn't go back. I had someone else go back because if I went back I'm not sure how it would've ended! He's a true crook who has no clue what he's doing. Here's the best part. I get my mower home that day and try to mow my lawn. I get about 20 feet before the tractor does the exact thing I took it there for. The exact issue he couldn't figure out or duplicate. I'm convinced he didn't even try! Never again will I enter that building and I hope you don't either!!!!
