I had never been in an O'Reilly's before, so asked if they were like Autozone, performing basic car maintenance, such as switching out my battery. A handful of pleasant employees were behind the counter, and Thomas pulled out his cart of tools, etc... and said he'd take a look. I usually use Interstate batteries, however, O'Reilly only offers their own Super Start line of battery. He showed me the assorted battery selections, from basic to high-tier. The Premium AGM model has a 4 year warranty, so I went with that. My battery had lots of corrosion and so wasn't easy to remove, but Thomas was patient and competent, so prevailed. It's only been a few days, so I have no idea how the Super Start model will perform for the duration, but so far it roars to life in sub-freezing weather, no problem. I am sold on their employees, especially Thomas. He was really helpful and easy-going. I live down the road, so will stop in there first when in need of car help on a whim. Highly recommended, especially if you live in the Pine Bush area.

I saw this shop online a few weeks ago and drove in to take a look. Keith was so helpful, knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. Despite being busy, he answered all of my questions. I left his shop feeling confident and determined to get the treatment done on my XJ. Fast forward several weeks later, I dropped my Jeep over to him and he explained EXACTLY what he was going to do. Whatever I wanted, he was more than willing to accommodate. It took several days but I was in no rush. He encountered issues with my Jeep (rusted bolts, hard to remove hardware and a few minor but troublesome items - no fault of his own) but resolved them expertly, keeping me in the loop via texts and calls. To make a long story short, he completely knocked the job out the park! He even went as far as doing little touches that I didn't ask for - all complimentary! Trust me, he could've charged me extra but he didn't. Bottom line - my Jeep was leaving his shop and it needed to represent! No doubt you can tell with this exuberant review that I was mighty pleased. I've been getting compliments left and right - even while driving! I took a stack of his business cards and already got two interested customers. Keith and his shop will be relocating soon to Walden NY but I'll be sure to follow him up there. They're that good.
