It was only recently that the battery needed to be replaced, so I went back to Green Time. There, they determined that the sealing ring--which was rather flimsy--was no longer serviceable. And, unfortunately, they didn't have any spare parts. I contacted the manufacturer, Ice Watch, but they stated that replacement parts were only available from official distributors. (Interestingly, Green Time, which sells a wide variety of ICE watches, is not an official distributor.) The manufacturer referred me to a few distributors in the Brussels area. They either no longer existed, couldn't help me, or were about to stop distributing ICE watches. That manufacturer needs to update its list of distributors on the internet as soon as possible !!! After quite a bit of back-and-forth communication, the manufacturer finally sent me a new sealing ring. Today I went to Green Time: they installed the new ring in my watch, and they didn't charge me anything for it. Conclusion: My watch gets a 5 out of 5; the manufacturer's after-sales service deserves a 3 out of 5 (I originally gave it a 1 out of 5); and Green Time gets a 5 out of 5!!!

Thank goodness for cool temps because we had so many treats! This is a beautiful area to spend some time. We left with an extremely robust selection. A couple of my Easter bunny's from Mary's broke in transit back to the states but most everything else remained in tack. I loved admiring all of the store fronts decorated for Easter.

My girlfriend went to pick it up, but it was not here (it was a Tuesday). The staff promised to get back to me by the end of the week so I could pick it up. But they did not. So I send another email and went for picking it up. But the owner refused to pay me the 50 EUR back. He would probably accuse me for not telling the truth.
