We then decided to have jackets made with our logos embroidered. Gary took the time to sit down with us, listen to what it was we were looking for, discuss different options, send us proofs/samples to make sure it was exactly what we wanted before putting it on our clothing, and then created beautifully embroidered jackets that met all of our expectations. We did a good amount of research into screen printing and embroidery places before choosing where to have our stuff done. She apologized (the only time) and redid it. Their posted hours said they were open until 5pm. I went to pick it up for third time at 4:50 and they were closed. I returned and picked the coat up and when I got it home looked at the back of the coat, it was still not clean. I gave up. Between the $18 charged, my gas (live in Mansfield) and time, it was just not worth it to go back. Definitely don't recommend and will not return.
