However, the owners have now split and I have to say that I'm not happy with the remaining owner. She is unknowledgeable in a lot of merchandise knowledge - I was frustrated when asking her how much product would cost - and she often disregarded my color or placement requests for embroidered logos. I remember I once had a piece embroidered, picked out the thread, and when I went to pick it up, it was totally wrong!! I mean, details are kind of important, don't you think?! Bottom line: between the crappy customer service, general lack of business knowledge, and so-so quality, I'd save your frustration (and money) and go somewhere else.

These guys did an absolutely outstanding job - and it was totally worth paying a few bucks to have the worn professionally done to guarantee letters would look perfect and not peel if it's rainy or hot, etc. When I picked up the jersey I saw their operation and it's pretty wild. They do screen printing, embroidery, vinyl car wraps, etc. Assuming I survive the marathon and (oh boy) consider doing it again, I'd absolutely go see Mike and his team again. Two thumbs up.
