When I left a message, he called me back immediately. He ALWAYS responds. This being my first time buying a home, I had no idea what to expect. Erik was able to give me the run down in real words. I never felt rushed by Erik. He spent MANY hours answering all my questions. Buying a house entails making so many decisions, with so many options; I never thought I'd commit to anything.
