Took several pictures, as requested, of my junk to haul away. I was quoted a price of $160. I hauled everything out of my house, garage and basement to the edge of my driveway for easy haul away. Jim showed up and was not able to give me a price when I tried to confirm it was the $160 we agreed upon. He said he would not know until he got to the bottom of the pile. He and his wife made an absolute meal of taking their time breaking down my junk and boxes, moving items that were already in his truck to Tetris the junk into on big load on the truck. Price came out to be a few bucks over what it would have cost me to just have a dumpster dropped off for my items and I could have let a few of my neighbors use it as well. Was not satisfied, price jumped way up and I hustled to meet their timeframe when I could have just moved it all to a dumpster, taken my time, saved some money and helped my neighbors out by letting them also get in on using the dumpster. read more

Needed to perfectly time old couch removal with new couch delivery so I had somewhere to sit until the new couch arrived. My couch delivery date kept sliding and the couch delivery drivers were not reliable at all. Horrible experience there. No worries! Mr Moody stayed in close contact and willingly adjusted his pickup time to match my exact delivery window. If you are thinking about paying more for someone else because you think the big guys are more reliable, that would be an incorrect assumption and a waste of your money. read more

Jim and his wife are the sweetest and a hard working couple. I downsized and needed to get rid of some furniture that was taking up space. Moody's Hauling exceeded my expectations in hauling away a fridge in my garage and a very heavy treadmill in an upstairs bedroom. I provided my contact info at 3 pm and said I was off work at 5 pm, and Calvin called promptly to meet me at my house at 5:15 pm the same day. Calvin was able to tear down an extremely heavy and awkward treadmill and haul it out within 15 mins. I highly recommend Calvin as he was professional, friendly, prompt, and took care of the job at a very reasonable rate. I am in the process of downsizing and moving out of state. I had a large couch, a sleep sofa, and a console tv in my basement. Moody came and hauled it away in addition to another tv, some chairs, a desk, trash left over from a bathroom makeover and a ton of other miscellaneous stuff.
