They came out, gave a great quote of $1500 and we hired them for the services a few weeks later. The install went good - all seemed well. Then three weeks later to the day, we had a good Arkansas rain storm and the culvert washed out and traveled about 1/4 mile to our neighbors house. We asked to see how much it would cost to come and get it put back in - knowing that some gravel would probably be needed and some cost would be acceptable. The quote was another $700! The response from the owner was that "they do stand behind their work but they do not stand behind nor do they control Mother Nature." Ironically, that is exactly what we hired them to do - control water (Mother Nature) via a culvert under a drive pad they installed. In this new development, ours was the only culvert to have failed catastrophically. We cannot, under good conscious, recommend them based on our experience.

Zach's response is PARTIALLY true... his original Quote was…read moremuch higher than anyone else so I chose to go with a different "company". They did poor quality work and refused to fix anything after receiving my money (the other company). So I reached out to Window depot in hopes that they could fix the gutter. That part of what Zach said, is true. The part that he conveniently omitted form his half true Yelp reply was: He did agree to fix the gutter and told me it would be $200. He also told me that I didn't have $200 worth of work but that he doesn't stock 5" gutter hangers so he had to buy a pack of 100 hangers to complete the repair and then pay his guys to bring the scaffolding to the site, set it up, etc. so he was charging me $200. I agreed to have them complete the repair for $200 because as anyone in rural 72088 knows... there are hardly any contractors and most (not all) of the ones that are there don't have the work ethic to complete a job properly in exchange for their payment. Zach then went radio silent and stopped responding which is when his office told me he became very ill after our arrangement to get the job done. (I even put the leaf guards out for him and texted him the picture). The lady at the office then tried to change the price to $300 even though Zach "the owner" via Yelp told me $200. Either way, $200 or $300, they never followed through or even called me back to discuss what was going on. This was back in June. It's now almost October and my house is less than 2 miles from the Window Depot store. Thanks Zach for telling the partial truth but I see a pattern forming here of 1/2 truths and not being trustworthy. Best of luck.

Rowland Tree Service removed a large, mature ash tree from our front yard today. We have to grade…read morethe crew A+ for their professionalism and skill. They used a large "crane" to reach all of the tree without positioning any equipment in our yard (ergo, no damage to the lawn). The tree was a good way away from the street and our driveway. The actual cutting down took about two hours which we think is pretty fast given the size of the tree. We do have to give them a "B" for leaving several small limbs in the planter area where the tree was located. But, given the scope of the job and the number of limbs cut, this is of no consequence. There is a dogwood tree and several bushes under the tree, but they were all untouched. We would definitely recommend Jason and his crew if asked. I am in CONWAY, AR.
