First Class all the way! I met Mr. Jason Rowland for the first time when getting an estimate on taking down six very large mature oak trees that was just feet away from my house. To make this job more difficult the trees were situated very near electrical, telephone and cable service for my home. I received five estimates from five local firms. Rowland Tree Service was in the middle of prices for the job. Not the lowest, but the price quoted was still reasonable. I picked Rowland Tree Service for several reasons. First after doing my own due diligence I found Rowland was the only local firm insured with both general liability and workman's compensation. I verified this by having a copy of his insurance certificate in my hand and calling his insurance agent myself to verify the policy was "in force". All the firms that gave me a quote had general liability insurance, which covered me if they damage my property. Only Rowland Tree Service had general liability and workman's comp. What most homeowners don t realize is that if a worker is injured on their property, the homeowner can be held liable for all medical costs unless the worker is covered by workman's compensation insurance. Accidents do happen and hospital bills for a serious accident can be extraordinarily expensive and homeowner s insurance policies normally exclude such injuries. I did not want to take that risk so I picked Rowland with that line of thought. On interviewing Mr. Jason Rowland I found he had the proper equipment, experience, and training to do the job. They did the job with a bucket truck, a loader and lots of chain saws. I was also impressed with his years of experience and as part of his training Jason Rowland is also a Certified Arborist. Mr. Jason Rowland showed up on time with his expert crew and systemically cut all the trees, branch by branch too the ground and no power, internet or cable outages. They were very organized and everyone knew exactly what they were supposed to do. I found Roland's Tree Service by doing an internet search and came across several companies listed on Yelp. His reviews were good, but what sold me to contact him was his years of experience and he not only carries insurance but workman's comp as well. I sure didn't want Billybob and Fuzzy-face to come out, get injured, and sue me. I had two trees I knew had to come down, but there was a third large tree with buckled bark that I was fairly certain would have to come down. Jason came out to see what I had and to give an estimate. Jason said the tree with buckled bark didn't need to come down right away as it may last another 4-5 years. I appreciate his honesty as he could have told me it needed to be cut, taken my money and ran, and I wouldn't have known otherwise. I received the bid for the job, and Jason had his insurance company send me copies of his insurance and workman's comp. Less than a week later, Jason set up a day to do the work. He and his crew arrived on time, utilized all the necessary safety equipment for the job, and cleaned up so well I didn't need to rake anything left on the ground. After purchasing our new residence in Searcy, AR, we needed someone with arborist credentials to assess several trees on the property. After walking the property with us and asking about our desires for the trees and other landscaping, Jason Rowland told us what he would do if the property were his. So we determined to have a small tree removed to protect the house foundation, several others trimmed away from the roof and each other and received great suggestions on when and how to shape up several ornamental trees and bushes. We then got a free estimate for the proposed work. A few days later, his very professional crew came with all the necessary equipment and started in to make our trees look well shaped and beautiful to behold. The whole property looked much more aesthetically pleasing and opened up more opportunity for sunlight to reach the ground and green up plants and lawn. AMAZING and PROFESSIONAL service. Mr. Rowland cut seven trees for us and treated the property like it was his own. The total job only took three (3) hours, and you could barely tell they were even there. They didn't leave a trig behind and even were nice enough to clean up an old fallen limb pile I had. This level of personal service, knowledge, and the kindness and respect of Mr. Rowland and his crew was a great addition to the experience. The ultimate professional..J C Rowland is straight forward, polite, and amazigly enough, does exactly what he says he will..I bought a home with some ominous looking trees towering over it...I saw a sign for Rowland's Tree Service and went to their website to do some due diligence..Not only are they insured and licensed, but they were prompt and professional also...I have had several "professionals" doing various work at my home recently and I have to say that Mr. Rowland and his crew are the only ones who did exactly what someone would expect a professional to do and in a way I can only describe as old school when it comes to the standard of their work...I have found that it is hard now days to find good service providers, but was very impressed with the service from this company...I would refer them to anyone and would definitely use his company again if the opportunity presented itself..AMAZING!! read more

Had called to get a estimate about trimming 4 very old oak trees. Mr. Jason Rowland came promptly as promised and after reviewing the trees told me that what I had in mind would actually not be cost effective but in the long run weaken the trees. New to the area and concerned about a very large pine tree with a split trunk. The tree appears to be failing at the split. I sent Jason pictures and he was very prompt in responding. He was also very honest in his response. After discussing the possible scenarios and options, he thought it best to let it be for the near future. Excellent service. I needed a large sycamore tree cut down that was in the center of power and electrical lines. Plus there were huge dead limbs scattered all over the top of the tree. Rowland's brought out the big toys and took care of it. They did an amazing job. The tree was cut down, no power or internet lines were disrupted in the process either. He came out on October 9, on time and after removing a portion of my fence began immediately taking down a huge oak tree in my backyard. I called Mr Rowland the night before he started on a very large gum tree that was mostly blown down across our driveway to a barn. He was there early the next morning and IMMEDIATELY started working to rid us of the tree. I have rarely if never seen anyone work as hard.
