I showed up about 8 minutes early for my first visit there this week. Tracy came out and took me to her room. It was very nice with dim lighting, and a cubby, chair, and hook for my stuff. I had a great experience. It is located along the back of the shopping center with Umi, plenty of parking and easy to get in and out. If I had known, I would have chosen differently. Instead, I left with a color I'm not happy with and a bill three times higher than expected. I also felt uncomfortable during the appointment because the stylist made negative comments about another client and her younger sisters. Overall, it was an unprofessional and disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend this salon if you're looking for transparency or customer care.
