I was able to book easily online (and through the Fresha app). I could fill out everything and see her availability on the app, which is so nice! I showed up about 8 minutes early for my first visit there this week. Tracy came out and took me to her room. It was very nice with dim lighting, and a cubby, chair, and hook for my stuff. I had a great experience. It is located along the back of the shopping center with Umi, plenty of parking and easy to get in and out. I definitely recommend checking out Massage Manhattan if you need a massage!

I did, but they decided to double the amount for themselves because that's what they "thought" I meant After noticing I called and left a message asking for the amount I didn't authorize to be refunded. I was told they couldn't refund a specific amount and that it was an "accident." BUT WAIT, previously I was told they thought I meant to double the amount for each therapist...? Confusing... (Side Note- I didn't get to input the tip myself and I never signed anything. Not only that but her studio has an air of peace. Her touch is firm but gentle. I did not feel as if she was hurrying through my session nor that she was about her own agenda. Again listening not with her physical ears she was present in the moment and gave me exactly what she sensed I needed.And I must stress SHE WAS SPOT ON!! What really bothered me was the lack of communication. No one sat me down and explained what the extra services or costs would be, which would have let me make an informed decision. If I had known, I would have chosen differently. Instead, I left with a color I'm not happy with and a bill three times higher than expected. I also felt uncomfortable during the appointment because the stylist made negative comments about another client and her younger sisters. Overall, it was an unprofessional and disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend this salon if you're looking for transparency or customer care.
