Has a way more professional feel compared to the out dated previous location. Have been seeing these doctors my whole life and must say Kate Amor is the best doctor I've ever had. Really thorough and compassionate. You can tell she really wants to help and to make all feel comfortable during any difficult consultations. Others I'd recommend are Lyndal Dennis and Brendan De Morten. However this clinic is teaming with professionals, but the three mentioned above show compassion and great bed manners. Time management can sometimes be an issue resulting in late appointments. Overall, brilliant!

The timing was such that this had to happen so I booked it 1-2 weeks before. I didn't need a specialist nor did I want to pay for such a basic service. This is how they describe themselves on the Health Engine website: "Offering a Complete Approach to Healthcare - Bulk Billing Overseas Students & Medicare Patients - Open 7 Days A Week, 364 days a year. Victoria Street Medical Group Brunswick is a new medical Centre with modern facilities and the latest equipment. Our aim is to promote the health and well-being of our local population by providing accessible and high-quality healthcare to people of all ages and stages of life." I booked Dr Saiqah Shamshad online and didn't know who to expect as I don't know Indian/Pakistani names. The booking was confirmed via email. There was enough parking along Victoria Street for a short appointment (and great coffee next door). The centre is squeezed in amongst other shops, a simple but clean reception area where we were welcomed and called in less than 10 minutes. Dr Saiqah was female, which pleased my pain fearing daughter, and turned out to be very nurturing, caring and knowledgeable DR. She completed what wr were after and we left feeling very happy we had found her. If she is a true representation of the rest of this practice we would highly recommend going there when in need.

I then googled and found this amazing clinic in the middle of Brunswick called Victoria Street Medical Group that I did not even know existed. I booked online. The tram dropped me off literally 2 doors down. The doctor I saw was Dr Chaudary. He was very professional and absolutely fantastic, he took time, was empathetic and ran blood test and asked me to come back for follow up. He explained by problem and started treatment. I feel much better and have made him my usual GP. I am ever grateful. And to top it all off, I was bulkbilled. In fact its a new practice and they bulk bill. Great place, great doctor, I strongly recommend it.

She was cold and tried to pry his mouth open to inspect his throat. She split his lips and it started to bleed. I told her to stop as he was very upset and she said "do you want me to look at his throat or not?". My husband had the flu and she asked him to open his mouth to inspect his throat whilst standing 2 meters away! She shouldn't be a doctor if she treats people based in their skin Color. If you are not too fussy on who you see you shouldn't have too much trouble getting an appointment with a GP. The staff on the front desk are very efficient and friendly. There is a car park out the back of the building and you can get a token after your appointment. For an extra fee you can have a 'drop in' appointment. The waiting area is clean and tidy with magazines and a TV if you need a distraction while you wait.

FMIG offer a number of radiological and diagnostic imaging services at their Moonee Ponds branch…read more I attended for a knee x-ray, the service was fairly speedy & efficient with a wait time on the day I attended of around 5 minutes. The radiographer was very pleasant & tried to preserve my dignity as much as possible in the terrible hospital gowns that always leave your rear end hanging out of the back of them. Hopefully I don't have any further need for an x-ray but if I did I wouldn't hesitate in going back to FMIG. Bulk billing was also a bonus.
