What was delivered was a small unimpressive (poor quality) bouquet that looked nothing like what I ordered. The flower selection was cheap, and the overall quality was far below what I expected for the price. On top of this, within 24 hours the cheap flowers were wilting. I had high hopes based on their reviews, but this was a major letdown. Unless this was an isolated incident, I'm left wondering if their high ratings are fake.

She was so unbelievably helpful and easy to work with, and she was able to perfectly match my ideas for my wedding flowers. Not only did she give me three tiers of pricing options so I had flexibility in my spending, but she also had great suggestions on how to handle a few additional weird needs, like getting ivy to put on our centerpieces. Of particular note is that I was arranging my wedding in Hamilton from the States, and not only was Christie fast to respond, but she proved an active listener and always reiterated what I'd asked for in her own words so she was sure that we were on the same page. I felt so confident with her that I didn't think twice about hiring her. She also went above and beyond to get what I wanted - I asked for dahlias, and she gave an awesome and complete answer, saying she wasn't 100% confident she'd be able to get them (as they would be toward the end of blooming season on my October 6th wedding), but she would try her best and if she couldn't get them, she had a backup plan.
