Dr Piper is the very best eye doctor that we have ever had and we aren't going to let a little distance get in our way of having the best eye care. I don't like to, but I had to get to visit the shop to get the frame (nose pads?) adjusted. This afternoon Tori attended to me. She tried her best to adjust the frame/nose pads to fit me, making many adjustments without any sign of impatience. And when I showed her the parts of the frame where the paint is already chipped off, she replaced the frame for me! Totally unexpected! I appreciate the amazing customer service here!
