Let me tell you, I have had at least four or more orders with Chapel Hill Floral and they've been nothing but AMAZING every. single. time. We moved to Bangor temporarily from Seattle because I'm in traveling healthcare. My parents are still in Seattle and mom loves sending me flowers, it's our thing. She found this company on Google and we've only used them ever since. Their customer service is unmatched. They are warm and friendly and understand exactly what their customer wants. Their delivery times are quick and I've always had my flowers delivered by a man with a smile on his face. This company feels like family. I can't rave about them enough. SHOP LOCAL. SUPPORT LOCAL. These guys are 100% worth your business. Their flowers are fresh and beautiful. The presentation is outstanding. I've kept every single vase the flowers come in. They also have delicious treats that you can add to your order, making them an overall an incredible value. My earlier review, brief as it was, still sums up my positive opinion of Reny's, a truly Maine chain of stores where I have shopped dozens of times without a single negative experience. There is street parking and a small parking lot to the left of the store. They also have a passport activity you can use as a day trip experience, whereby you are given a passport to bring to all or some of the branches around the state and have them stamped and signed by an employee. You get a prize halfway through the 19 stores and another at the end. To quote the chain's public relations, it is part of the Maine Adventure!

I typically do not just hand out 5 star reviews but I cannot short Blooming Barn of any credit. They did fantastic for my Mother's day selection! I called on Thursday the 11th of May and spoke with the nicest lady I have encountered as far as my customer service career in Maine. I'm so saddened that I did not catch her name but she was so welcoming just via phone call. From beginning to end she carried a pleasant tone, was extremely patient with me as I called from work and informed me of all my possible options which is what I consider above and beyond in any type of customer service. I wanted a floral arrangement to represent me and my three other siblings and she was more than willing to communicate different ideas with me and even let me suggest a price point preferred. I explained to her how I live in Hawai'i and she understood the 6 hour time difference and did not rush me to decide. She let me know that they do same day delivery so if worst case scenario happened I would not have to worry. She also pointed out that they DO in fact have a website and I could also order delivery from in case I was unable to reach them in time. I received my order confirmation right away and the price was absolutely reasonable for the beautiful arrangement my mother received that following Saturday. I am so pleased and would highly recommend this florist for anyone with family living in Maine for any type of occasion.
