The driver wouldn't comply with simple request to move the vehicle instead of blocking all of the traffic and was just a jerk with his attitude and lack of common decency for others. if you cannot comply with the customers reasonable request, maybe you shouldn't be in a customer service based job. Their service was so bad that I wish I could give them no stars. To start off the employees have little knowledge of their own industry. For example, I described the job I was trying to do and was recommend a 15 yard dumpster that I could fill up to the 3/4 line. I later called and found that it could only be filled to the half point, with a 3-ton limit. This means that for anyone wanting to dump concrete items, this is not the right place to rent a dumpster. Furthermore, I chose Moore because they had the lowest price but later found that they have post-rental fees, such as dumping at the landfill. I later found that the City of Irving will help me do the dumping for 1/3 the cost, with no hidden fees. Lastly, I would like to say that Lisa was very kind despite not being able to be of service to me. I would like her to understand that I sought Moore Disposal for their Dumpster-rentals and expertise in dumping but instead found a headache and unacceptable costs. If you are considering Moore, I would recommend that you read all the paperwork because the employees will forget to give you vital information. In general, most cities provide services such as dumpster rentals at low costs, without the hassle of ridiculous restrictions such as a 3-ton weight limit, when the City of Irving's dumpsters took on over 8-tons without trouble. read more
