When they opened it, we realized that someone else got the same thing. I took it back to the store at Tiger Town Opelika along with my receipt for return. It hadn't been opened and was in brand new condition. They refused saying that it was 'outside of the window for return'. They sent me away with the number to customer service. I called customer service and provided them with the details. They effectively said the same thing because it had been 91 days since purchase. Apparently, they only allow 90 days. Clearly, an exception could've been made but wasn't. Dick's isn't doing itself any favors from a customer service standpoint. Glad you guys saved that $200. I absolutely have shopped with Dick's Sporting Goods for the last time.
