I learned a great deal about crossfit in the short time I was there. I liked that Lex focused a lot on mobility. I haven't had an In depth training session on mobility until now. I will definitely take all lessons learned back to San Diego and every time I'm in Columbus, I'll be at Inception.

The atmosphere at this gym is so welcoming and friendly, which is so rare nowadays. I've had other gym memberships in the past, but none of them were as motivating and exciting to be a part of. People know your name here! It's so awesome. I highly recommend trying it even if you've never boxed (like me). There is a good mixture of boxing and HIIT workouts in between the boxing stations. If you don't care for boxing, I'd say try it anyway for the people. You will have so much fun and have an outlet to get a workout in and decompress!

Since crossfit, I no longer have those back pains and the fear that I may be laid out because I lifted something that was too heavy. My arms and legs are also nicely toned!
