After many months, multiple back and forth messages with the owner, failed promises that they would be out to pick up the railings, and several ignored messages by them, they then tell us the paint issue is our problem. They refused to fix the issue stating that there is not a warranty on the product. They are a dishonest company that charges a large amount of money for something they do not stand behind. When asked for a partial refund since they refused to fix the problem, they declined. Highly disappointed and would recommend that everyone avoid using them if they value quality products.
