I asked what else they had done and was told it was miscellaneous and when pressed that they had taken off a plastic piece and put it on again. The throwaway line was that the insurance wouldn't care. Well, I was offended at this. I was paying outright and not charging my insurance (the damage was caused when my daughter didn't make it out of the garage without hitting the garage frame. I gave to say that when Mark the manager could not be found that Tim took the miscellaneous charge off. Word of warning--insist that any added charges be cleared first. Also if you are getting bids that if Nereson does not give you the highest bid, they may still give you the highest bill.

The interior had a foul odor, there was rust on the bottom of the door panels and around the wheel wells plus a disgustingly dirty engine. It certainly wasn't in any condition to put the 'For Sale' sign on it. Jason and his staff did and an amazing job. All the above was detailed to perfection. Now the only thing left is a tune up and it's ready for the "For Sale" sign and then a new owner. Please make an appointment with John's because they know their business.
