While I have no compaint about the medical professionals here, the staff is hit or miss, and as many people know, a medical practice is only as good as its staff, since patients typically spend more time dealing with them instead of the doctors. The staff sent over a prescription to my pharmacy but they did not send the dosage information properly, so the pharmacy called them for clarification. When I called Moorestown Derm to also let them know that the pharmacy was waiting for a callback, they said they wouldn't be able to take care of it until the end of the day, which means I won't be able to get my medication (likely) until tomorrow... four days after my appointment. The staff person I spoke to didn't seem to care that I've been waiting for them to sent the correct prescription. If I thought it would make a difference, I'd call back to ask for the office manager or practice owner but I doubt it would do any good. Very disappointed. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this dermatology practice. My experience is limited to the extraordinary PA Janet Mendel. I have had a chronic skin condition (psoriasis/eczema related) which has been very debilitating and difficult. After many years of needing help, I have finally found relief in her treatment protocol. It has been trial and error, which is how this can go. But Janet has patiently found a way to get me relief and remission (hopefully permanent). Janet also coordinating with another dr (sadly it's a rarity nowadays to get that coordination). I also find the front desk to be truly amazing- some of the scripts are very expensive. They hunted down a pharmacy for me, (Stines) which saved me $370 on a script. That is so beyond any service I've had at a prior doctors office. Such an efficient and caring practice. Dr Foti is very compassionate and very interested in your issues, and knows how to fix them. He did not spend five minutes with me, he spent at least a half hour. He explained my conditions and relieved my concerns. He made a map of my upper body so that he could track any changes in any lesions. Best doctor visit I ever had. Staff also was kind and considerate. read more

I got a letter from a collection agency for unpaid balance! I had called their office and left messages to arrange to pay for my balance and had not heard back! The dermatologist had sent a wrong code for a wrong diagnosis to the lab causing my insurance company not to pay lab and for me receiving 1000+ dollars bills for a simple blood work to test my blood's iron level! I had to make many phone calls and after hours of talks with the insurance company and the lab, they figured the physician's mistake. They reduced my bill to about $300! I visited this office for a minor skin problem, I got into big time headache and loss of time and money and now a notice for a collection agency!! read more

I had my appointment July 30, 2020 and as usual, the staff was outstanding. They were well prepared for COVID-19. I waited in my car until my appointment. They had all the necessary protocols in place. I have been going to this dermatology office for decades. They have the nicest, most competent staff of any doctor's office I've been to and I should know-I'm a retired family practitioner. Dr Germaine Camishion is the best of the best. My mother had melanoma (discovered by Dr Camishion on a routine skin check) so I have to get skin checks every 6 months. She has a 6th sense about what is a potential problem and what isn't. I would not go to anyone else. She is very busy and you might have to wait a while for an appointment but she's worth it. read more

The doctors are very nice, however the people working the front desk are extremely rude. I am only 19 and they acted as if I was not important. Age shouldn't justify how you treat a patent at the front desk. I also received products and it's been about a year now and my skin seems exactly the same. I will not be returning. read more

Just got off the phone with this company and was told that because I'm a new patient with a cyst that's growing on my head that is very painful that I have to wait until January 2020 to get any type of treatment done at this place I will definitely be looking someplace else. read more

I've been going here for 16 years. My last appointment was this morning. I started when I was 40 and within 5 minutes of my first visit with Dr. Lee, he noticed a spot on my face that was cancerous and it was immediately taken care of. Since then, I've only gone to Dr. Kimberly D'Ambra (since it's a pretty thorough body check and I prefer a woman) and I couldn't be happier. I guess their support staff could be friendlier but I've never had a problem with them. I find Dr. D'Ambra, and her willingness to take a picture and discuss with me every little freckle she finds, to be worth any kind of lack of warmth I may feel from the support staff. Until I encounter a serious problem with anyone and worth noting, I'm going to give them 5 stars. read more

Very unprofessional and uncaring practice. After numerous visits, treatment and biopsy for a growing chronic skin infection, I was told I just have to live with it. Come to find out that not only are there a number of treatments still to try but that out of the 9 or so "professionals" on staff all but one are MDs yet I was only seen by the one and only physicians assistance on staff every time. After a call explaining the situation where the medical assistant did seem concerned, I have yet to receive a call back by a real doctor or their staff to set up an appointment with one. This is our family's third or fourth experience with this practice every time resulting in unsatisfactory treatment and results. They really don't seem to know what they're doing or care about their patients. Will never return and will advise my referring physician of the situation. read more
