    The staff service is above horrible, doctors they just flip it don't really care, not going there again.

You can't call the office and speak to someone if you have questions - all calls go to a random call center. The doctors and medical staff are very nice, if it weren't for Jen Rosborough, I would have left this practice long ago. However, the office manager is very unprofessional and rude. If you use Alle rewards for Botox, beware because she makes up her own rules. She also speaks to you like you are worthless. Today, I was so upset, I told her that they lost me as a patient and she replied "that's okay." I guess being loyal to them for many years (despite the issues) means nothing. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on and not tolerate being treated with disrespect.

They ended up cancelling that online appointment to do a consult, in favor of having me come in to do it all in the same appointment, along with another treatment I was seeking. I called in the morning and all seemed to still be on track with no issues. I showed up, and guess what?? No treatments, consult only, and we can't help you with the medical treatment that you also described. I took time off work, drove a long distance, only to have these turn out to be LIES. I will never do business here, nor should you.

    While I have no compaint about the medical professionals here, the staff is hit or miss, and as…read moremany people know, a medical practice is only as good as its staff, since patients typically spend more time dealing with them instead of the doctors. The staff sent over a prescription to my pharmacy but they did not send the dosage information properly, so the pharmacy called them for clarification. When I called Moorestown Derm to also let them know that the pharmacy was waiting for a callback, they said they wouldn't be able to take care of it until the end of the day, which means I won't be able to get my medication (likely) until tomorrow... four days after my appointment. The staff person I spoke to didn't seem to care that I've been waiting for them to sent the correct prescription. If I thought it would make a difference, I'd call back to ask for the office manager or practice owner but I doubt it would do any good. Very disappointed.

I have had a chronic skin condition (psoriasis/eczema related) which has been very debilitating and difficult. After many years of needing help, I have finally found relief in her treatment protocol. It has been trial and error, which is how this can go. But Janet has patiently found a way to get me relief and remission (hopefully permanent). Janet also coordinating with another dr (sadly it's a rarity nowadays to get that coordination). I also find the front desk to be truly amazing- some of the scripts are very expensive. They hunted down a pharmacy for me, (Stines) which saved me $370 on a script. That is so beyond any service I've had at a prior doctors office. Such an efficient and caring practice. Strongly recommend.
