I have lived in the park for over 3 years and when I first moved in it was nothing but thugs and teens ripping off the park. They did remove those.. then they decided to pave the drive ways.. well now my floors are ruined because they never sealed them. The drive way is breaking down, tar is being tracked in to our home. We now have new owners and waiting to see what they do.. It seems when we get new owners they all jump in gun ho..then nothing. The office looks nice.. but what about the rest of the park? They have for sale signs out everywhere and it seems they let anything move in. Just wonder if they are doing background checks.. some of the ones that have moved in scare me. I don't mean the way they look, but they seem to walk by and check each home out.. I have caught one peeping in windows and now I have kids knocking on windows and running away. There is no use in calling the police, the kids are gone by the time they get here..and I have no clue which place they belong to with so many running around. I have stuff left in my yard almost every day..bikes, clothes .. I thought when we paid for a lot we didn't have to worry about our yards being trampled and flowers yanked up. The park needs to do something with all the animals running loose also. It seems to be a great dumping place for cats.
