well i was wrong about this place except what i said about scott, scott is professional, but this…read moreplace has alot of drug addicts, shooting a couple of weeks ago, the owner decided after making me wait year and half that they would give me a back door that worked, ants no matter how clean your place is, and now someone trying to get in that back door just a couple days ago. after telling that the few soft spots in the floor turned out to be full blown holes, i thought they would be happy to transfer me, now they decided to give the new place i thought would be mine for their own greedy reasons. but they are not investing any money and this place is got worse since moving in a couple years ago. if you think that duke energy is a good, think again, living in this fema trailer cost me almost a month in winter is half of my rent, you have only two cable companys which both suck as well, but wait, they want to send out scott to fix things, how when all the carpet squares are coming up on the floor because the floors are warped, i have to move, and money is more important than keeping its residences, some residents digging through your trash, walking their dogs to shit in your yard,kids without supervision playing all over this place. ill never wanted to give this place 1 star but had to. shame on the owner doug for letting this place get like this. glad i am moving.

Of course, anytime that you build - or buy an already built home for that matter - you will run into issues, questions, concerns, etc. The benefit with Arbor is that those questions, concerns, etc were answered and /or addressed as quickly as they were discovered. If we ever decide to build again we would choose Arbor!

I've had the water system for many years. The past 2 years the quality of customer service has…read moredeteriorated. Today was the last straw. I attempted to schedule salt delivery June 15. It was scheduled for today, June 24. The delivery schedule was from 8 a.m. to 5p.m. A nine hour window for service. Text and calls went unanswered to get a time frame. At 4 pm I contracted with another company for future salt delivery. I don't know if the aqua systems sold, they grew too fast, what happened but it is disappointing. Clearly providing good customer service is no longer a priority. I do not recommend.

Has anyone else had this issue? I have grounds for a consumer fraud claim under Indiana law. I will file a complaint with the Indiana Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. I will also contact my attorney for misrepresentation and fraud. Franklin Electric assumed all liability when it purchased Aqua Systems.
