We popped in at Christmas to buy a shopping trolley and didn't receive much assistance at all. One lady can be blunt to the point of rudeness. They are usually fast to serve however and I've never really found a fault with their shoe repairs.

I had a secondary, completely separate problem which they diagnosed and sorted for free, despite it taking an hour of their time. My laptop is super old, used and abused and most "chain/branded" places would have written it off or ripped me off, but this small independent company helped in any way they could.
