A small workout room that is typically empty, but probably only good for 1-2 people at a time. I haven't gone in all of the rooms to see what else there is! Better yet, they offer several free events to build community and connect with others, and also serve free lunch daily. The volunteer workers are always so welcoming and delightful throughout as well.

They sell beautiful blown glass gift items and they offer sessions that you can book to blow your own glass ornament or bowl. The studio has some bleachers for people to sit on to watch the glass blowers in action. The people working in the glass blowing studio were super nice and one guy even talked us through what they were doing. They heat the glass to over 2,000 degrees to work with it! Amazing! Definitely worth stopping in and a great place for gift items. You can also commission them to make custom pieces. The friend we are visiting knows someone who had them make a bathroom sink for their home.

The pool facility is actually better than I expected with some deck space and a small bleacher area. It seems the coaches and swimmers are complaining about the air quality inside and I see several people with watery eyes so that isn't too good. Not too uncommon for a pool, but not good for competition. It does seem like a cool facility to have for the community though. Lots of pictures of recreational sports leagues from cheer leading, football, volleyball, basketball, swimming, etc. I'm sure there's lots of military families in the area that this is a God send to have. The bathrooms are the biggest complaint here. They could use some upgrades like doors on the stalls. Most people like to have a little bit of privacy when using the comode as opposed to going out in the open, but minor details I guess.

First time coming here! I am very happy to find a nice small community library in Jarrell!…read more There are mainly three rooms for users. One for kindergarten, another one for teen and the last one for the rest! The Head librarian Susan is a very nice and welcoming lady and she explained about the place and the events that are going on at this location! There are several tables where you can sit and study and read as well as public computers which you can use for your work and print out etc. There are some snacks and coffee for the visitors which made me quite cozy! :) Later another lady librarian, Dona, helped me register the library for the library card! I'd love to come back here as well as participating some events! Keep up the good work and cheers! :)
