We stopped in here because we were looking to buy another SXS and quickly found the one that "checked the boxes." Our salesman Luke was fantastic. He stated he was new to the sales dept but was very thorough and didn't guess on answers. If he didn't know, he went and asked his sales manager. When we found the one we wanted, Luke said he had to talk to the sales manager to get the price on the rig. He came back and told us the "out the door" price would be around $16,000. We advised him we have an agricultural exemption and would be doing a trade-in then paying the rest in cash. He went back to his sales manager to double check the price and to give us an estimate on our trade-in. While we waited, we sat in the rig we were looking to purchase and checked it out. Luke came back with a new price around $15,000. He allowed us to start and move the SXS. He went through all the "bells and whistles" of the rig and explained its features to us. We agreed on the price the sales manager gave to Luke and shook hands. Luke then placed a "SOLD" sign on the rig and we took pictures with it. We were so pleased with Luke's performance that we recommended him to someone who was in the market for a new SXS and they ended up buying a new one with him within the week! While signing off on the deal with the finance dept, we noticed they had messed the paperwork up. They had listed the SXS that we were trading in as the vehicle we were also purchasing. In correcting this, they then listed the unit we were purchasing as having over 10,000 hours on it. We advised them that it had 1,000 hours on it. He then asked another employee to physically go to the unit we were purchasing to confirm the hours on it. She did and verified it had 1,000 hours on it. Instead of reprinting the sheet, he marked out the incorrect hours and hand wrote the correct hours. We paid cash and just needed to bring our trade-in and the employee told us that it would be best to bring it in the next day so that they had time to service our rig before we took it home. After completing this deal we went back to the rig but the service dept had already pulled it from the floor to begin servicing it. We came back the next morning with our trade-in and observed our new rig was next to the bay doors for load-out with the "SOLD" sign, ready for us to take it home. We sat in our new rig and took pics while the service dept did the final check on our trade in. This took about an hour. Luke advised us the deal was done and gave us the keys to our new rig and even helped us load it up. ONE MONTH LATER... Now enters Matt Ballard, the sales manager. He calls to say "we" have a big problem. He claims we have the wrong rig and that we owed $10,000 more for our rig OR he would deliver a 7 year old rig with 11,000 hours on it and take the other rig back. We advised him that at no point was there any confusion on the rig that we were purchasing and that Luke directly communicated with HIM to identify and price the rig. We also advised that the finance dept, another employee, AND the service dept physically verified the SXS before completing the deal. Matt continued stating that we could not keep the rig that we paid cash for and have had for a month at this point. We advised Matt that the deal was done, they had our cash and trade-in, and we would not be paying more or accepting a different SXS. At this point Matt becomes irate and accuses us of stealing the SXS! He stated he was sending "his guys" to our house and would be coming onto our property to take back the SXS. He then went as far as to threaten us, saying he was going to have us sitting in jail because we were "driving a stolen SXS." After making this threat he hung up. We attempted calling him back, but he would not take our call. After two months, we finally received the title to the SXS we purchased and have not received further communication from this company. One review like this is too many for this company to continue allowing Matt Ballard to represent their company: but there is in fact MULTIPLE reviews similar to our experience on multiple sites (including Yelp and Google reviews). The complaints consist of the same "bait and switch" issues, paperwork issues, and Matt Ballards unprofessional and threatening attitude. We are farmers and like to upgrade ever so often but we will NOT do business with this company again and will NOT recommend others to do business with United Motorsports UNLESS Matt Ballard is fired! Keeping someone like him on your payroll while knowing the problems he has caused and the enemies he is making against your company is to approve of his ill behavior and that is not a company I want to work with or recommend.

I take a yearly pilgrimage to a Harley event. This year with COVID all events have been cancelled…read moreso the time I had scheduled for Bikes, Bourbon, and Bluegrass was void. When it got close to the event the dealership was wondering if I was coming to ride their beautiful area. With the time already off I loaded up the bike last minute and took a long slow ride to Lexington. The next day I went to the dealership to get mine standard gear a shirt and some chips. I was greeted by the staff. At the front desk was Laura who provided me with ride maps for the area. From there to the service desk and purchased hardware. Cameron found what I needed and sent me on my way. Finally it was shirts and poker chips where Katrina help me find the shirt with the dealership logo I wanted. Hopefully Harley Davidson is willing to give them a chance next year to host the rally. If not me and my pals will be spending our week in Lexington. Hopefully the bourbon distilleries will be having tours. If not riding the Eye of the Dragon and some of the other rides planned by The dealership will make our visit worth it. This is what a dealership should feel like when you enter their establishment. I wasn't buying a bike or spend big money on gear or upgrades. But I was made to feel like I'm a their most important customer while they are waiting on me.

Tried to get them to throw the tire in after a couple of days of thinking about. Never got a return call after a couple of calls and messages. Found out a few days later they raised the price 2k. Called em up to find out why. Was told that the bike was gaining alot of interest and they put a tire a battery and flushed the brake fluid. Not 2k worth of work to me but whatever. Sales manager Larry refused to work with me. Evem after i told them inwas working on getting more for the downpayment. Total piece of work. After the reviews I read about how the employees are treated I hope this dealer goes under.
