I have had the pleasure of using them 2 times in the last 6 months. They are punctual, pleasant and reasonably priced. At no point did I hear complaints about the 2 trucks that came to my apartment and emptied it, then followed me to my storage unit and emptied it, and then went to my new house and unloaded both trucks. It took 2 hours for all this to take place. That's incredible!! They never stopped smiling as they carried half of my family's belongings down stairs. They impressed me so much that I will only use A Helping Hand. From the big boss Alfredo, down to the smallest person on his crew, I consider them family.

Holtz tv of Grand Island, NE did the warranty work on my tv. They had it for 5 weeks ( which was a ridiculous amount of time for a TV repair!!). When I finally got my tv back they had fixed the problem but had a new problem with the tv that was caused by their faulty repair work/faulty parts. So I called them up and they basically said it was not their problem and they would not stand behind their repair work since it was warranty work and to call the warranty company. Well our warranty expired while holtz tv had our television making repairs. So the warranty company said they wont cover the new problem since the warranty had expired. Holtz Tv should be responsible for this! It is their fault my tv still does not function properly. So now I have a televsion that does not work properly because Holtz TV will not stand behind their very poor repair service and there is nothing I can do about. And the lady on the phone at Holtz Tv needs to learn the meaning of customer service!

We were assigned Pro Mobile Appliance Repair as the repair company on an LG refrigerator that had a…read morefaulty ice maker. When I scheduled the repair visit - I got a txt message that it would be a week and a half later than scheduled before they could come. I spoke with Rick and told him the ice maker was making a grinding sound every 15 minutes, he then advised me to remove the ice maker until he could make it over as it was only 2 screws and a wire harness to unplug. When I went to remove the old ice maker - the plug fell out as if it was never fully seated. I explained that to Rick on another phone call. I then asked if it is such an easy removal, would it make sense to install the new one myself and save him a trip - he said sure. I did as advised but the new ice maker did not work. I had to wait 3 weeks for another appointment before he could come and look at it due to both of our schedules. Once he finally made it, he saw the clip that holds the wire harness was damaged and decided that I must have broken it - and reported to the warranty company that "a non-authorized repairman attempted to make repairs on their own" and made no mention that I removed the ice maker at his advice. I'm now waiting for the extended warranty company to make this right since Rick doesn't want to take responsibility for his advice and direction. Find another appliance company with integrity, because Pro Mobile has none.
