You pass by wet lands and under the Route 72 Causeway (bridge) twice. Your GPS will tell you that you have arrived at Causeway Boat Rentals, but keep driving until you get to the end of the road to find Route 72 Waverunner & Kayak. There are two places to learn windsurfing in South Jersey. One is Extreme Windsurfing in Atlantic…read moreCity/Pleasantville and the other is H2 Windsurfing in the Seaside Heights area. My girlfriend and I took a couple of lessons at H2 Windsurfing, which was great and got us riding. Then, we rented boards at Extreme Windsurfing, which was also a great experience. The Lakes Bay location (Extreme Windsurfing), is ideal for riding. There is parking right at the beach and you can use Holiday Inn's restroom and outside showers. Jim the owner is very experienced and friendly. His side-kick Matt set up the boards and offered some helpful tips. Rental rates are reasonable and the equipment was in good condition. We will definitely go back to either location.
