Several weeks went by and I followed up with Fidelis and he said that his investor, Dorothy E Corrigan of Lake Charles, Louisiana. He said that she wanted to do a loan instead of investing in the company but needed a Payment Protection Policy to feel comfortable doing the loan. I stated I would not pay for that service. Fidelis said that he would cover the upfront cost of $150,000 upon receiving a letter from me stating I would guarantee repayment upon funding of the loan. I produced the letter and moved forward with the process. Mr. Anoka sent me pictures of his bank accounts showing total funds available as it went along. As it got down to the end Fidelis informed me he was unable to obtain the last $11,000 to conclude the payment and I needed to do what I could to come up with it. I made two payments via the mobile payment app CashApp for $2,000 each and then made a cash deposit directly into his Chase Bank account for $7,000. Fidelis confirmed receipt of all payments/deposits and said that everything was now ready to proceed and fund. Now Mr. Anoka at this point told me there were multiple meeting with Mrs. Corrigan's attorney and that some of the paperwork still needed signatures. They supposedly met and got it taken care of but the paperwork needed to be mailed to Lake Charles, LA for Mrs. Corrigan's son to sign something. Mr. Anoka sent me pictures of the USPS Priority mail receipt for evidence. He also sent me the picture of the return paperwork. Now at this point all was supposed to be done and ready to fund. However, Mr. Anoka said that an additional fee had to be paid. I told him I was unable to procure the funds needed and he said that he would take care of it. I also stated that if it wasn't possible to just return my funds and we could cancel the loan. He said to give it some time as he was confident, he could conclude the loan. Several weeks have now past and I have continued to inform Mr. Anoka that I don't have the funds to continue and in fact desperately needs the funds returned as too much time had passed since I was told the loan would fund and I needed them to pay my own bills. Mr. Anoka has continued to be extremely aloof and refuses to answer an email or text message. He will also not answer when I call. He has since deleted his LinkedIn profile and I can no longer locate him on any social media site as previously accomplished. I have informed Mr. Anoka that if he failed to communicate, I'd be forced to use any and all means necessary to get my funds back. If I were to do it over again I wouldn't go down this road. Please save yourself the headache from complete lack of communication and willingness to complete his deals.

All you have to do is provide insurance and registration in the beginning and continue through the…read moreduration of the loan. Pay your payment every month on time, you will never have an issue! If all of the above has and is being done, then no problems, ever! I don't even know who works in the office, because I do what's expected of me, after getting a loan on something I needed from Lobel. If you don't pay your bill, of course you're going to get calls, that's your fault, not theirs! I'm just fine with Lobel. I have to come back and write this upon reading the reviews. Tiffany O, below. In the state of California, used cars are sold as is, unless the dealership offers you a warranty, that you have to pay for, in your case as is. Meaning, you still have to pay for your payment even if the car breaks down, once you sign the papers and drive it off the lot its your responsibility. Your car getting repoed is your fault and your fault only, you just admitted to withholding a payment. If your toilet wasnt working in your apt, house etc... Would you withhold rent? No! I hope not! When you owe money to a finance company, or any business for that matter, there is absolutely no leeway on payments. You pay the payment on or before the day it is due. ONE late payment is reason to repoe or stop services and such on anything! By now, that car has been cleaned, flipped and back on the lot for sale. After already getting what the car is worth in down payments, from ignorant people who impulse buy, and go way beyond their means. As far as the interest, you agreed upon that and signed all the paper work. You didnt have to except that offer. But, you at 20 wanted to look cool in your BMW and didn't care. Why would you get a BMW? You obviously are clueless. Those cars are EXPENSIVE to fix, as you well now know Do your due diligence, and know how business works. Learn the laws of the land before making an asinine review of a company, that gave you an opportunity with no established credit at such a young age, on getting something you clearly really wanted! Remember, the car was great? UNTIL your 1st payment was due!
