I hired them to handle an EDD issue for my company, but they never even contacted EDD. There was no real work done, no progress, and no results. Every time I asked for an update, instead of getting answers, I received bills showing charges taken from my deposit. I was even charged for calling or emailing to ask about my own case. It felt like they were more focused on draining the deposit than actually helping me. There was zero transparency and zero accountability.
